Starting from May 25, 2018, in all countries – members of the European Union,
so in Croatia, the General Data Protection Regulation (here and after Regulation) become enforceable.
We have coordinated our treatment with the demands of the Regulation regarding the processing and protection of the personal data, which is regulated with this Privacy policy (here and after: Policy).

EM-Property Management, Rovinj, A. Coane 8 is processing the personal data that you gave us, the one that we collected with our own analysis or the ones that we collected from other parties, but which are necessary for our business purposes and which are all collected on the legitimate and secure way strictly following the provision of the Regulation and other relevant directives and legislation and this Policy.
This Policy is applied in processing personal data which are performed in the framework of our business activity,

EM-Property Management recognizes and appreciates your right on confidentiality of your personal data and it commits itself and respects your rights to confidentiality
of your personal data and furthermore is obliged to preserve the privacy and security of the information you share with us directly or through the web. Your understanding of the way that we are collecting and using your data and which have committed to protect is very important to us. Therefore this Privacy policy is explaining our practice of collecting and usage od your personal data and the ways in which you may contact us.
EM.Property Management is collecting, processing and stores your personal data according to the Personal data protection law, (NN 103/03, 118/06, 41/08, 130/11, 106/12), General regulations (EU) number 2016/679 of the European Parliament and council of April 27 2016 (here and after: Regulation), Regulation od protection, supervision of collecting, processing and usage of personal data, company EM-Property Management., and other binding regulations and laws of the Republic of Croatia and EU.
EM-Property Management Agency won’t forward any of the information to the third
parties without your previous permission.
Generally, the personal data are considered any information with which you may
identify an individual, directly or indirectly especially with the help of a identificator like the name, surname, identificational number, location data, web indentificator, or by one or more factors inherent for the physical, physiological, genetical, mental, economic, cultural or the social identity of the individual.
If you have any questions, remarks or demands regarding our processing of your personal data, you may contact us through the ways stated below.
EM-Property Management Agency is collecting your personal data strictly in the purpose of concluding the contract of intermediation in providing the services of accommodation, namely booking of houses and apartments from our offer, namely if you are sending us the offer with the suggestion of the business cooperation as the renter, if you want to book a house or apartment from our offer, or you subscribe for our newsletter, or if you contact us by email or phone or for the conclusion of the guest accommodation contract.
When you rent a house or an apartment through us, we will ask you your name, address, city and the country of your residence, email and the phone number. If you decide to pay with the credit card, we will have to ask you for your credit card information. The mentioned data are needed for the conclusion of the booking contract.
The data will be forwarded to our accounting which will process it according to
the Accounting law. Also, your data will be forwarded to our outer associates, namely the owners of the house or the apartment which you will rent how they could register you according to the Regulation of registration and tourist staying in the Republic of Croatia. The mentioned data we are saving following the application of the technical and organisational measures which this company is regulating following the Regulation of registration and tourist staying in the Republic of Croatia.
If you send a request for a guest about renting the house or an apartment from our offer, we will ask you only contact information which is name, surname, email address and the phone number. The mentioned data we won’t forwards to third parties, but we will store them in the email inbox following the application of the technical and organisational measures which this company is regulating following the Regulation of registration and tourist staying in the Republic of Croatia.
If you are renting the premises, we will ask you contact information which are your name, surname, email address and the phone number. Personal identification number and IBAN, all needed for concluding the Agreement of accommodation renting. The mentioned data we will forward to our associate and then stored following the application of the technical and organisational measures which this company is regulating following the Regulation of registration and tourist staying in the Republic of Croatia.
If you send a request and an offer s a renting party related to making a business cooperation, we will ask you only contact information which is name, surname, email address and the phone number. The mentioned data we won’t forward to third parties, but we will store them in the email inbox following the application of the technical and organisational measures which this company is regulating following the Regulation of registration and tourist staying in the Republic of Croatia.
If you are an associate we will ask your data needed for concluding the Agreement of mediation which will be your name, surname, email address and the phone number, personal identification number and IBAN. The mentioned data will be processed by the outsourced agent and if we receive only your offer for the Agreement conclusion, then the mentioned data won’t be forwarded but only stored in our database, in digital
shape, following the application of the technical and organisational measures which this company is regulating following the Regulation of registration and tourist staying in the Republic of Croatia.
Using of your personal data
Your personal data are collected and used only upon the legal and contractual base and exceptionally upon your approval, strict and freely given consent that the given personal data, given by registration or using the website, we will collect and use only for the purpose and in the ways mentioned in the Privacy policy.
The collected personal data we will store in the digital and manual record and we are maintaining the measures of informatical security and measures of technical protection of personal data to prevent the unauthorized access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
The received electronic mail (email) with your personal data with which you may be identified, no matter if they are received by email or filling the form on our website, we will use only for the purpose of fulfilment of your requirements.
Storage and access to your personal data
The personal data that you have delivered to us during the conclusion of the agreement or sending a request by email we will store during the terms that are regulated with our policy for every data category that we are processing.
Marketing and personalization
Your personal information is used to provide you with better and more personalized offers through direct marketing of our own and / or specially selected partners’ goods and services. The processing of personal data is in place to fulfill the agreement with you and other legitimate interests.
How long do we store your information?
Agency only stores personal information as long as it is necessary to fulfill our agreement with you and the purpose for which the information was obtained in accordance with this Privacy Statement. We also store personal information for other reasons than to fulfill our agreement with you, for example. to comply with the Accounting Act. The statutory requirements then determine how long we store information.
If you have registered to receive a newsletter from Agency, EM-Property Management will save your personal information as long as you wish to continue receiving the newsletter.
Data subject rights
For the purpose of obtaining your rights of personal data you may ask the Moderator:
a) access to your personal data
b) correction or deletion of your personal data
c) limiting the process applied to you as a data subject
d) filing a complaint on the data processing
e) right for the data transmission
f) withdrawal of this approval if the withdrawal doesn’t take effect on the legitimacy of the process which was based on the approval before it was withdrawn
In case of irregularities because of which you feel that your rights were
violated according to the General regulation, you have the right for filing a complaint to the company : EM-Property Management, A. Coane 8, Rovinj.
